A reputable small Boutique Hotel in Dar es Salaam has the below vacancies: –

Position: Property Manager

Responsible for Managing the Hotel Properties with some of the duties are as below: –

• Will be responsible for Managing all the Properties of the Hotel
• To oversee all repair works of the property
• To check the property in daily basis
• Ensure all equipment’s/Machines, etc are in good running conditions
• Handle the tenants’ complaints and resolve the issue in timely manner
• Will be responsible for Collecting and maintaining the rentals, etc of the property
• Will also be responsible for all other duties related to Property Management in general

The ideal candidate is expected to possess the below: –

• Age should be from 35 to 50 years old
• Should possess an Experience of not less than 10 years
• A graduate in Hotel Management with additional Property Management will be an advantage
• A Male candidate is preferred
