Job : Press and Media officer.
Place of work : French Embassy in Tanzania – 7 Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road – DAR ES SALAM
Starting date : March 1st, 2024
Under the authority of the Deputy head of mission
Activities :
Daily press and media review
Monitor Tanzanian social media
Preparing posts and managing the Embassy’s social pages
Posting on the Embassy’s website
Preparing written press statements
Being the point of contact for the journalists writing press statements
Job expectations :
Proficiency in office software
Proficiency in digital communication
Proficiency in writing press statements
Experience of dealing with journalists and social media influencers
Perfect command of English and Kiswahili, good command in French is desirable
One year contract.
Wage : 4,038,971.00 TSH (gross)
