Pre-Qualifications Of Suppliers For Goods And Provision Of Services

For The Year 2024 – 2026

Children’s Dignity Forum (CDF) is a voluntary, private, non-governmental, nonpartisan, and non-profit-making civil society children’s rights organization.

Children’s Dignity Forum (CDF) invites applications from eligible, competent, and qualified suppliers and service providers (including current suppliers / service providers)to apply for pre-qualification for the supply of goods and provision of Services to the organization for its offices in Dar es salaam, Tarime, and Mpwapwa for the period April 2024 – March 2026 under the following categories:

9	Supply of Multipurpose Deterqents, Tissue Paper etc.	Provision of Repair and Maintenance of Office Equipment.
10	Supply of Assorted Food items (Milk, Suqar, Groceries etc.)	Provision of Event Manaqement and Decorations services
11	Supply of cutlery, Crockery and Related Kitchen Equipment	Provision of Caterinq and function hire services
12	Supply of smart equipment(GPS Devices, CCTV etc.)	Photography and Video coverage Services
13	Supply of Hardware Supplies	Media Houses and Advertising Services
14	Supply of Generators	Travel Aqents Services (Air, Tour & Car hire)
15	Supply of Fire protection Equipment/Accessories.	Repair & Maintenance/Servicinq of Motor Vehicles
16	Supply of software Solutions and Licenses	Repair & Maintenance/Servicinq of AC systems
17	Supply of AC units.	Other Consultancy Service i.e. (Research, Data collection, Trainers & facilitators, Policymakers, Translation services, Manual development, etc.)

Interested parties are requested to submit their Complete Pre-qualification documents/proposal detailing the services, goods, and work they can provide, along with a comprehensive business profile and all legal supporting documents. Ail submissions should be sent to procurement@cdf.or.tz marked “Invitation for pre-qualification and the category applied for.” No later than 7th March 2024 at 12:00.

This is not a specific call for tender and does not constitute a commitment to procure or engage in any form of contractual commitment. Only short-listed or selected parties will be notified by email within two (2) weeks from the date of closure of applications for any future tenders and procurement activities. In case you don’t hear from us four (4) weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful: NO separate or individual communication shall be made by CDF.
