DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Performing nursing tasks to serve clients in the community, hospitals, and all areas where health services are provided;
ii. Supervising and coordinating all tasks of health workers in their workplace;
iii. Collecting statistics and preparing reports on their job performance;
iv. Providing home care services to patients;
v. Providing counseling services;
vi. Providing preventive services and family planning;
vii. Providing maternity and child health services;
viii. Educating patients and the community about their health problems;
ix. Monitoring the maintenance of work tools in their workplace; and
x. Performing other tasks assigned by their supervisor based on their education, experience, and skills.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Employed individuals should have a two-year nursing certificate from a government-recognized institution and be registered with the Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council.
