DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Conducting laboratory investigations (Haematology, Parasitology, Microbiology, Immunology, Blood Group Serology, Entomology, Clinical Chemistry, and Histopathology) in Health and Research Laboratories.
ii. Teaching students in various Health institutions, subjects related to Laboratory sciences.
iii. Collecting samples that require special expertise and samples for examination in other Health and Research laboratories.
iv. Recording test results in a register.
v. Maintaining laboratory equipment and tools.
vi. Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor related to their education, experience, and skills.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Employment for those with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Laboratory Sciences from a government-recognized institution and fully registered with the Tanganyika Medical Council.
